The project was to create a 5 step recipe for 3 pieces of work. The goal is to arrive at abstraction by embracing the process rather than by attempting to “abstract” something in the world. This will encourage pure abstraction.

Figure and Ground

Project intended to make the figure and ground of the image unclear. The only medium we could use was one font type in black and white per piece.
